Set in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Rising Sun occupies an enviable location. Built as a pub over two hundred years ago, it nestles on the side of Carn Ingli mountain, enjoying sea views as well as easy access to the friendly shops and cafes of the lovely town of Newport, a short stroll down the leafy lane.

From the front door, there is a fantastic vista over the estuary and bay, or you can cast your gaze across the lush green valley of the River Nevern. Alternatively, the glorious gorse and heather of Carn Ingli mountain awaits you a few steps up the path from the back gate. Venture to the top, and you can see Ireland and North Wales in a glorious 360 degree panorama on a clear day.

The house is set in a large, sunny, yet secluded and private garden, with several seating areas, lawns, shrubs and fruit trees, plenty of room to run about, a tree-swing, and a good-sized pond, spanned by a wooden bridge.
