a lovely dining room with cosy wood burner, open plan to the cottage style kitchen
a well equipped kitchen with super electric range style cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and characterful old welsh dresser
a sunny seating area looking out to the garden

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a painted pine panelled bathroom with a slipper bath and overhead deluge shower and separate WC.

Bedroom 1 is a romantic double room with views of the estuary and valley, it includes a fitted wardrobe and dressing table

Bedroom 2 is a twin room overlooking the garden, with wardrobe and table

Bedroom 3 looks towards the estuary and valley and is a spacious single room

Bedroom 4 has a single bed and is quite tiny!
